Preparation
Pour the gin, lavender liquor, cold jasmine infusion and lemon verbena syrup into a shaker.
Add a good handful of ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
Filter in a previously refreshed cocktail glass or tulip glass.
Decorate with an edible flower, a sprig of verbena or lemon zest.
Prepare your jasmine infusion in advance and let it cool well. The verbena-lemongrass syrup can be homemade by boiling water sugar fresh plants. A very floral and aromatic cocktail, perfect for a refined atmosphere.
