Preparation
In a shaker, place the mint leaves and lightly crush them with a pestle. 2. Add the grapefruit juice, lime juice and cane sugar syrup. 3. Fill the shaker with ice cream and shake for about fifteen seconds. 4. Pour into a glass filled with looted ice or ice cream. 5. Complete with cool sparkling water. 6. Mix gently, then decorate with a mint leaf or a slice of grapefruit.
