Preparation
Fill your shaker with 1/3 ice.
Squeeze the juice of the half lime into the shaker.
Add the raspberry puree, cranberry juice and vanilla syrup.
Complete with 4 cl of vodka.
Shake for 5-10 seconds to refresh well.
Serve in a large glass 2/3 filled with ice using a strainer.
Decorate with a slice of lime and a few raspberries on a skewer.
Adjust the amount of vanilla syrup according to your sweetness preference. For an alcohol-free version, replace the vodka with 4 cl of sparkling apple juice.
