Preparation
Pour the lychee liqueur, coconut cream and pineapple juice into a shaker.
Add the white rum for a more full-bodied version.
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
Pour into a large tumbler type glass filled with crushed ice or ice cubes.
Mix lightly if necessary using a spoon.
Decorate with lychee fruit, pineapple leaf or an edible flower.
For a more creamy texture, use sweet coconut cream and not coconut milk. You can also mix all the ingredients with crushed ice for a frozen effect.
