The Délice Passion is an exotic and sunny cocktail that transports the taste buds to tropical countries. The combination of vodka with passion fruit puree creates a perfect harmony between alcoholic vivacity and fruity sweetness. Lime juice brings a tangy touch that awakens all flavors, while vanilla syrup coats everything with a sweet and greedy roundness. An ideal cocktail for a summer aperitif or a tropical evening to share with friends.
Preparation
Fill your shaker with 1/3 ice.
Squeeze the juice of the half lime into the shaker.
Add passion fruit puree, passion fruit juice and vanilla syrup.
Complete with 4 cl of vodka.
Shake vigorously for 5-10 seconds.
Serve in a large glass 2/3 filled with ice using a strainer.
Decorate with a slice of passion fruit or a slice of lime.
Strike vigorously to foam the puree and reveal all its aromas. Prefers a puree of natural passion fruit, with no added sugar.
